REFUND POLICY

At CTB Coffee, we are committed to delivering high-quality Mexican coffee across the UAE and GCC. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.


1. Returns

Coffee is a perishable food product. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged during delivery
• The wrong item was delivered
• The package arrived defective or compromised

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Photo evidence of damage or incorrect item must be provided

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened coffee products
• Products consumed partially or fully
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.


4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


6. Wholesale Orders

All wholesale and hospitality orders are subject to separate contractual agreements and are not covered under this standard refund policy.
