1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to:

• United Arab Emirates
• Qatar
• Kuwait
• Saudi Arabia
• Oman

Shipping availability may expand over time.

2. Delivery Timelines – United Arab Emirates

• Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: Same-day delivery for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
• Abu Dhabi: Next-day delivery.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays or due to unforeseen logistics factors.

3. GCC Shipping Timelines

For orders shipped to Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Oman:

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Customs clearance processes may occasionally impact delivery timing.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.

Promotional or free shipping offers may apply from time to time.
